The BISOC Campsite of the Regional Special Training Unit 3 of the Philippine National Police in Barangay Ayala, Magalang was buzzing with excitement as the basic internal security operation course classes came to a close.
The closing ceremony was graced by the presence of Mayor Malu Paras Lacson, who had been invited as the guest of honor and speaker. In her address, she praised the courage and dedication of the new internal security officers, and emphasized the importance of their role in ensuring the safety and security of our country.
The Mayor mentioned “Your presence here denotes that you have entered an elite class of humanity to which few are called. What we have chosen to do is a mission, a calling, no less, as guardians of the public safety…”
Mayor Lacson also took the time to personally congratulate each of the graduates, presenting them with their certificates and thanking them for their commitment to public service.
