The Department of Tourism Region III with the Municipal Government of Magalang led by Mayor Maria Lourdes “Malu” Lacson through its Municipal Tourism Office will conduct a series of face-to-face “Filipino Brand of Service Excellence” (FBSE) Seminar-Workshop on March 20-24, from 9am-5pm at the Audio and Visual Center, Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU).
Said training aims to promote and establish everything that is good and positive about Filipino hospitality which can be used by all tourism stakeholders in dealing with guests; and to develop a culture of service excellence among the tourism frontliners with a goal of creating an impactful and memorable experience for both international and local tourists.
